    The right of access

    You have the right to see, at no charge, the information Nelson Croom or National Association of Jewellers holds about you. If you would like to receive a copy of all the information held please contact National Association of Jewellers and we will respond within one calendar month of receipt of your letter or email.

    The right to rectification

    If any of the information Nelson Croom has about you is incorrect you have the right to have it corrected. Simply let them know what the information should be and they will update the records as soon as possible.

    The right to be forgotten

    You have the right to be removed completely from the system at any time. Let Nelson Croom know and they will do this as soon as possible.

    The right to move your data

    If you want you can move all of the data Nelson Croom holds about you to another company. If you want to do this they will provide the data in an easy-to-use format. There will be no charge unless the request is considered to be excessive.

    The right to opt-out of the use of cookies

    Nelson Croom will send you site and service announcements as part of the services provided. National Association of Jewellers members are not able to unsubscribe from such announcements, which contain important information about the service.

    Looking after your information is important to both National Association of Jewellers and Nelson Croom. Both parties take reasonable steps to ensure that all information is stored safely and securely, whether it is in paper or electronic format.

    Nelson Croom will also only keep your information for as long as is necessary and will dispose of it carefully once there is no further need for it.

    You only have to give Nelson Croom as much information about yourself as you feel comfortable with. But there will be times when they will not be able to fulfil requests without all the information.


    Registered members may occasionally receive information on products, services and special deals fromNational Association of Jewellers. If you no longer wish to receive these promotional materials and special offers you may opt-out of receiving these by sending an email directly to them containing the contact details that you wish removed.
